System Overview
The JH-PM600 Dust Monitor is a beta-ray dust concentration analyzer. It uses constant-flow sampling to collect particulate matter from sample gas onto a filter membrane, then accurately measures dust mass concentration by applying the attenuation characteristics of beta rays to the collected particles.
Product Performance
1 In automatic tape change mode, the instrument intelligently triggers tape changes based on factors such as filter loading, filter resistance, and maximum change interval. This maximizes tape utilization, reduces the frequency of changing tape rolls, and maintains measurement accuracy.
2 Uses a Dynamic Heating System (DHS) to heat the sampled inlet gas and features dynamic temperature and humidity compensation.
3 Measures particulate matter mass concentration directly using beta-ray absorption, unaffected by seasonal changes. Delivers precise data around the clock in real time.
4 Equipped with a high-capacity diaphragm pump for stable 16.67L/MIN flow, which is closed-loop controlled by an imported flowmeter. Flow accuracy is maintained within ±2%.
5 Built-in real-time display of device faults and alarm status for remote monitoring and diagnosis. Features include: low paper alert, belt breakage alert, flow anomaly alert, and heating module fault alert.
6 Calibration Film – Enables on-site device calibration for precise measurements.
7 — Built-in 4G data transmission module (DTU) for remote data transmission, compliant with the "Data Transmission Standard for Online Monitoring Systems of Pollutants (HJ212-2017)"
8: Automatically remembers sampled data, saves current data upon power loss, and resumes sampling after power restoration. Features built-in dynamic storage for multi-year data and includes a USB interface for easy data export.
